If you cannot attend the General Assembly, you may vote via the Internet (http://form1.fc2.com/form/?id=504672); votes via the internet must be submitted/received on or before February 4. You may also submit a completed Proxy Card (see details below) as an alternative to voting in person at the meeting. Voting by any of these methods will ensure your representation at the meeting. As per Article 8 of the PA Bylaws, each family shall have one vote. The attendance of two thirds (2/3) of all families is required (proxy votes included) in order to enact the General Assembly. 運動会お弁当購入のお知らせーThe Field Day Bento Boxes 2011/05/15 保護者の皆様 木々の緑が目に眩しい季節となり、運動会ももうすぐそこまで近づいてきました。 さて、父母会では例年通りお弁当の注文を受け付けます。 お弁当は、テリヤキボーイの以下の４種類です。 （代金には、税金とチップが含まれています。） King Combo(Chiken,ScallopTeriyaki,Tempura,Gyoza&Classic Roll)　$12.30 Salmon Teriyaki & Crab Cucumber Roll $8.50 Chicken Katsu &California Roll $7.70 Beef Teriyaki & Gyoza $7.20 ご注文される方は、５月２７日（金）までに、インターネットフォーム http://form1.fc2.com/form/?id=482298 に ご明記の上、お申し込みください。期日を過ぎた注文は、受付致し兼ねますのでご了承下さい。 注文が確認出来次第、こちらより注文確認メールを送ります。 もし、２8日までに返信がない場合は、お手数ですが、emikowright@hotmail.com までメールをお願いします。 お支払いは、運動会翌週６月１２日に、 PCJLS/PTA宛ての小切手を、３階事務室にある父母会の箱に入れてください。 　 尚、当日の朝、運動会が雨天中止となった場合はお弁当注文もキャンセルいたしますが、運動会の途中で中止になりましても、テリヤキボーイがお弁当の準備をはじめた後ですとキャンセルできません。その場合はお弁当をお受け取りになってからお帰りください。 以上、宜しくお願い申し上げます。 父母会執行部 ________________________________ Field Day Bento Boxes for Busy Parents! One of the biggest events of the school, The Field Day (Undo kai) i just around the corner, June 6th. People usually bring a lot of food for the 30 min. break. It is more like a "picnic lunch" than a quick snack for most families. We will offer you the opportunity to purchase Japanese bento box lunches catered by Teriyaki Boy at Market Fair. If you are a teacher, a volunteer, or a family who live far away from the school and don’t have time to cook, please give it a try. You can choose from the following 4 lunch menus. 折鶴プロジェクト 2011/04/14 保護者各位 　下記日程にて折鶴プロジェクトを行う予定です。 （詳細につきましては先日配布しましたお便りをご参照願います。） 　この両日は休憩時間を延長して、生徒達がこのプロジェクトに参加します。 特にこの時間帯に、保護者の有志の方々にお手伝いにきて頂ければとても有り難く存じます。 　尚、折り紙はこちらで用意致しますが、ご家庭からお持ちより頂くことは大変歓迎いたしますし、また、折った鶴をご持参して下さっても構いません。 　皆様方のご参加を心よりお待ちしております。 -　記　- 　 　　実施日　：　４月１７日　及び　４月２４日 　　時　間　：　１２時　〜　４時 　　場　所　：　メモリアルホール2階　２１０ / ２１２ 父母会執行部

2011年度学校運営サポート係のお願い 2010/12/05 保護者の皆様には、日頃より父母会活動をご支援頂きありがとうございます。 さて、来年度も父母会会員の皆様には何れかの係に所属し、学校並びに学級運営にご協力頂き度お願い申し上げます。 お配りしてあります係希望調査票に希望される係を第三希望までご記入の上、12月12日あるいは19日(12/19は最終日）に日曜事務室の専用箱に提出願います。 インターネットによる提出も受け付けますので、ご希望の方は、 http://form1.fc2.com/form/?id=497369 よりお願いいたします。 12月19日までに提出されなかった会員の方については、誠に勝手ながら執行部で係を決めさせて頂きますのでご了承願います。 各係りは、希望者の中から任意に選びますが、必ずしもご希望の係に配属されるものでないことをご了承願います。また、来年度内に転出予定の会員の方にも管轄部長と協議の上、係に配属させて頂きます。 尚、運動会係を除く本年度の各係の任期は例年通り、新入生を含めた来年度の全係が決定するまで、とさせて頂きますので、引き続きご協力お願いいたします。
